Please choose your private boat tour duration first ( just one ticket per boat ), then update the “Number of Participants” for your park entrance tickets ( per person).

Our Cancellation & Flexibility Policy

At Río Lagartos Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change. Our private nature tours require advance preparation, including reserving boats, professional guides, equipment, and planning the best possible wildlife experience for our guests.

This policy allows us to provide reliable service while offering flexibility whenever possible.

Cancellations with 48+ Hours Notice

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour departure time.

You will receive a full credit for the amount paid, valid for one year from the original tour date.

Your credit is also fully transferable. If you are unable to return to Río Lagartos, you may give your credit to a friend or family member. The original booking information will be required to redeem the credit.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows or late arrivals, are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

Because our tours are private experiences, resources such as boats, guides, and preparation time are reserved specifically for your group.

Weather & Safety Conditions

Your safety is our highest priority.

If weather conditions, marine conditions, or official regulations prevent us from operating your tour, we will offer:

Rescheduling to another available date, or

A full credit valid for one year.

Refund Policy

Due to the private nature of our tours and the preparation required, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we always do our best to find a fair solution and accommodate our guests whenever possible.
