We recommend early departures for the best light and wildlife activity on the water.

Select Your Tour & Park Entry
Please choose your private boat tour duration first ( just one ticket per boat ), then update the “Number of Participants” for your park entrance tickets ( per person).

Confirm Your Details
Please check your selection to ensure everything is correct.

Our Cancellation & Flexibility Policy

We understand that travel plans can change! To keep our tours affordable and our staff prepared, we have the following policy:

No Cash Refunds: All bookings made online or in person are non-refundable.

48-Hour Notice for Credit: If you notify us at least 48 hours before your tour start time, we will issue you a full credit for the amount paid.

One-Year Validity: Your credit is valid for one year from the original tour date.

Fully Transferable: Can’t make it back to Mexico this year? You can gift your credit to a friend or family member! They just need your original booking number to redeem it.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
