Enquire About Your Expedition
The Alacranes Reef Experience
For anglers who enjoy remote destinations, Alacranes offers an opportunity to explore shallow lagoons and flats in an offshore reef setting.
Sight fishing is central to the experience: searching the water, spotting fish and preparing your cast. Our guides help you approach each opportunity, adapting the fishing to the conditions and activity encountered.
Bonefish and Other Target Species
Bonefish are a principal attraction for fly anglers visiting the reef. Depending on conditions and the areas explored, other potential targets include permit, triggerfish, barracuda, jacks and snapper.
Tell us which species interest you most so we can discuss suitable tackle and realistic expectations for your trip. Fishing opportunities vary, and specific species or catches cannot be guaranteed.
Guided by Diego Antonio Núñez Marfil
Your host and lead guide, Diego Antonio Núñez Marfil, brings his fishing knowledge and enthusiasm to the expedition.
As a family-run operation, we offer personal communication throughout the planning process, helping you prepare for the fishing, the crossing and your stay on the island.
